- 2 cans of Cadia Tongkol Chunk Tuna
- 1 stalk of celery, minced
- 1/3 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp red onions, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp mustard
- Optional: lettuce
- Gently stir tuna, celery, yogurt, onions, lemon juice and mustard together.
- Serve tuna mixture on a slice of whole wheat bread and lettuce. Finish with another slice of bread.
