Ingredients
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped or spiralized
  • 1/2 cup tuna, cubed
  • sesame seeds

 

For the sauce

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp honey

 

 

 

Procedure
  1. Boil quinoa in 2 cups of water, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until water is absorbed
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature
  3. Mix together sauce ingredients
  4. Place half of the quinoa into a bowl. Top with tuna, cucumber, carrot and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  5. Drizzle with sauce and enjoy!
