• 1 can Cadia Albacore Tuna
  • 250ml Cadia Vegetable Broth
  • 50g White Onion
  • 6g Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Bionature Organic Tomato Paste
  • 40g Carrot
  • 200g Pomi Strained Tomatoes
  • 50g Kerrygold Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Wholesome Sweetener's Honey
  • 112g Cadia Brown Rice Spaghetti
  • 1 pinch Simply Organic Rosemary
  • 1 pinch Simply Organic Thyme
  • 60g Kerrygold Aged Cheddar
  • Natural Tides Fine Sea Salt 
  • Simply Organic Black Pepper
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. Dice onions and garlic and sauté in butter.
  3. Add tuna and tomato paste and stir.
  4. Once the acidity of the tomato paste disappears, add and simmer canned tomato, honey, vegetable broth and carrots until reduced.
  5. Season with rosemary and thyme. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and combine with cooked spaghetti. Top with grated cheddar.
