Ingredients
  • 1 pound sustainable shrimp, devained
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 6 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp salted butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
  • Lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Black pepper

 

 

Procedure
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté onion and garlic
  2. Add shrimp and sauté until cooked. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the butter, broth, lemon zest and parsley.
  4. Return the shrimp to the pan and toss with the butter sauce. Serve with pasta or crusty bread.
