
Procedure
- Dry both sides of the tuna with a paper towel
- Season both sides with salt
- Brush on teriyaki sauce on both sides
- Spread sesame seeds on a plate and coat tuna on both sides
- Heat olive oil over high heat and sear tuna for 30 seconds on each side
- Remove from pan and slice into desired thickness
- Place over your choice of greens and drizzle more teriyaki sauce on top
