• 190g Frozen Sea Scallops (shells removed)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parsley



  1. Dry both sides of the scallops with paper towels.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Lay scallops on pan and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden. Remove scallops.
  4. Melt butter in the pan and add minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add lemon juice and water. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Add parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the scallops back into the pan and spoon the sauce on top. Garnish with more parsley and serve.
