
Procedure
- Slice potatoes into quarters and set aside
- Slice off stems of French beans
- Unpack your Bostock Organic Free Range Chicken
- Dry the chicken using paper towels
- Season both sides with our seasoning mixture
- Place seasoned chicken in a deep baking dish
- Drizzle Field Day Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil until covered
- Add quartered potatoes, French beans, and grape tomatoes
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 190°C
- Serve and enjoy!
