Ingredients
  • 2 pcs chicken legs
  • 3 pcs potato - sliced in quarter
  • 100g French beans
  • 100g grape tomato
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

 

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon rosemary powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

 

 

Procedure
  1. Slice potatoes into quarters and set aside
  2. Slice off stems of French beans
  3. Unpack your Bostock Organic Free Range Chicken
  4. Dry the chicken using paper towels
  5. Season both sides with our seasoning mixture
  6. Place seasoned chicken in a deep baking dish
  7. Drizzle Field Day Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil until covered
  8. Add quartered potatoes, French beans, and grape tomatoes
  9. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 190°C
  10. Serve and enjoy!
