  • 3 large washed potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tbs avocado oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes
  • 2 rosemary sprigs (to garnish)





1. Preheat oven to 210°C. Line 2 large oven trays with baking paper.

2. Mix turmeric, sweet paprika and 1 tsp sea salt flakes in a bowl.

3. Slice potatoes into 5mm thick rounds. Using a small sharp knife, cut eye and mouth shapes from the centres of the rounds.

4. Brush potato slices with oil, sprinkle with spice mix and arrange onto a tray in a single layer.

5. Bake for 15 minutes, turn and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden.

6. Serve sprinkled with rosemary sprigs.
