- 500g Healthy Options Organic Pork Belly
- 1 Tbsp. Wan Ja Shan Organic Soy Sauce
- 1 Stalk Lemongrass
- ½ Thumb Size Ginger
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Simply Organic Garlic Powder
- ½ Tbsp. Simply Organic Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
- Simply Organic Black Pepper
- Natural Nectar Sea Salt
- Slice of root part of lemongrass stalk and discard the rest.
- Peel ginger skin off.
- Finely mince lemongrass and ginger.
- Marinate pork belly in lemongrass, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Place in chiller for 12 hours.
- Heat grill and cook pork belly until cooked. Usually a total of 10 minutes, 5 on each side.
- Grill until fully cooked.
