  • 500g Healthy Options Organic Pork Belly
  • 1 Tbsp. Wan Ja Shan Organic Soy Sauce
  • 1 Stalk Lemongrass
  • ½ Thumb Size Ginger
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Simply Organic Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tbsp. Simply Organic Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos
  • Simply Organic Black Pepper
  • Natural Nectar Sea Salt
  1. Slice of root part of lemongrass stalk and discard the rest.
  2. Peel ginger skin off.
  3. Finely mince lemongrass and ginger.
  4. Marinate pork belly in lemongrass, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Place in chiller for 12 hours.
  5. Heat grill and cook pork belly until cooked. Usually a total of 10 minutes, 5 on each side.
  6. Grill until fully cooked.
