- 1 1/2 cups Healthy Options Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 all-natural eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Optional: Fresh fruits, raw honey or maple syrup
- Pre-heat pan, griddle, or waffle maker to a medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the pancake & waffle mix, milk, all-natural eggs and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.
