• 1 1/2 cups Healthy Options Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 all-natural eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Optional: Fresh fruits, raw honey or maple syrup
  1. Pre-heat pan, griddle, or waffle maker to a medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the pancake & waffle mix, milk, all-natural eggs and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Ladle desired amount of batter onto griddle or waffle maker, cook until golden brown.
  4. Ingredients such as fresh fruits and raw honey or maple syrup may be added.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
