• 1 cup Healthy Options Regular Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Pure Harvest Organic Original Soy Milk
  • 1 tbsp Healthy Options Whole Chia Seeds
  • Optional: 1/4 cup Let's Do Organic Unsweetened Coconut Shreds, Woodstock Organic Frozen Strawberries or other frozen berries of your choice
  1. Combine rolled oats, chia and soy milk in a mason jar or glass container. Stir and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Top with frozen berries and coconut shreds in the morning.
