Ingredients
  • 1 cup Healthy Options All-Purpose Baking Mix
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1 all-natural egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1 1/4 cups Healthy Options Super Seed Granola Mix
Procedure
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, combine the baking mix, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. Combine butter and sugars and which until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla.
  5. Once mixed, carefully add the bowl of dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Add raisins and super seed granola mix. Stir until fully combined.
  7. Place rounded portions of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, and flatten slightly with your fingers.
  8. Bake for 13 minutes until edges are golden brown.
