- 100g White Onion
- 6g Garlic
- 193g Pacific Traditional Pork & Baked Beans
- 4 Tbsp Woodstock Ketchup
- 250ml Cadia Vegetable Broth
- 30g Kerrygold Butter
- 50g Organic Valley Cream Cheese
- Pinch of Simply Organic Rosemary
- Pinch of Simply Organic Thyme
- Natural Tides Sea Salt
- Simply Organic Black Pepper
- Finely dice the white onion and garlic and sauté with butter.
- Once cooked, add in the baked beans and ketchup.
- After a few minutes, add the broth and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently simmer for 2-3 more minutes and add the cream cheese.
- Blend the soup according to your preferred consistency.
