Ingredients
  • 100g White Onion
  • 6g Garlic
  • 193g Pacific Traditional Pork & Baked Beans
  • 4 Tbsp Woodstock Ketchup
  • 250ml Cadia Vegetable Broth
  • 30g Kerrygold Butter
  • 50g Organic Valley Cream Cheese
  • Pinch of Simply Organic Rosemary
  • Pinch of Simply Organic  Thyme
  • Natural Tides Sea Salt
  • Simply Organic Black Pepper
Procedure
  1. Finely dice the white onion and garlic and sauté with butter.
  2. Once cooked, add in the baked beans and ketchup.
  3. After a few minutes, add the broth and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season with rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently simmer for 2-3 more minutes and add the cream cheese.
  6. Blend the soup according to your preferred consistency.
