- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt. Cook spaghetti until al dente, and drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and red pepper, and cook until garlic is brown.
- Add clams and water, and simmer for 8 minutes until clams are cooked through & open. Discard unopened clams.
- Add in cooked spaghetti and parsely. Season with pepper and toss.
- Remove from heat after 1 minute and serve right away.
