• 330g Bostock Organic Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tsp Pereg Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp San-J Reduced Sodium Tamari
  • 2½ tbsp Cadia Raw Honey
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon



  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, soy sauce, honey, salt and pepper for the marinade.
  2. In a reusable container with cover, add the chicken and pour in the marinade. Massage the marinade into the meat and ensure it’s well coated.
  3. Marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes but best if overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes per side until skin is golden brown. Move chicken to unlit side of the grill and cook covered, until internal temperature is 74 °C (165 °F).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
