
Procedure
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9″x5″ loaf pan with coconut oil.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together flaxseed meal, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the beaten eggs, coconut oil, water, and honey to the mix and whisk well until you get a thick batter.
- Transfer the batter to pan and use a spatula to smooth out the top.
- Bake for 40 mins until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Allow loaf to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
