• 2 cups flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey



  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9″x5″ loaf pan with coconut oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together flaxseed meal, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. 
  3. Add the beaten eggs, coconut oil, water, and honey to the mix and whisk well until you get a thick batter.
  4. Transfer the batter to pan and use a spatula to smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 40 mins until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  6. Allow loaf to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
