• 1 all-natural egg
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 bag Healthy Options Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 2 tbsp Healthy Options Chia Seeds



  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Empty cookie mix bag into a bowl and set aside
  4. Melt butter and let cool slightly
  5. Add the egg, vanilla and water to the butter and mix
  6. Combine wet ingredients into the dry mix
  7. Mix in chia seeds
  8. Place 2 tbsp portions of the cookie dough onto the sheet and flatten slightly
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes and allow to cool.
