Ingredients
4oz fresh ginger, sliced
6 cups water
Optional
honey
lemon
apple cider vinegar
Procedure
Boil together water, ginger and honey.
Lower heat, cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes
Strain and enjoy immediately. Add a slice of lemon or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
Store the rest in the fridge.
