Ingredients
  • 4oz fresh ginger, sliced
  • 6 cups water

 

Optional

  • honey
  • lemon
  • apple cider vinegar

 

  

Procedure
  1. Boil together water, ginger and honey.
  2. Lower heat, cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes
  3. Strain and enjoy immediately. Add a slice of lemon or 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  4. Store the rest in the fridge.
