Ingredients
- 7 cups water
- 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Freekeh
- ½ tsp spring onion
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- ½ cup cheese
- 1 cup Kangkong leaves
Procedure
- Boil Freekeh for 20 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Blanch the Kangkong, drain and set aside.
- Chop the Kangkong, then mix with Freekeh.
- Mix the remaining ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place on a bowl and top with orange zest.
