Ingredients
  • 7 cups water
  • 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Freekeh
  • ½ tsp spring onion
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp sliced almonds
  • ½ cup cheese
  • 1 cup Kangkong leaves
Procedure
  1. Boil Freekeh for 20 minutes, drain and set aside.
  2. Blanch the Kangkong, drain and set aside.
  3. Chop the Kangkong, then mix with Freekeh.
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Place on a bowl and top with orange zest.
