• 200g Bunalun Organic Penne or Any of Our Pasta Range
  • 1 Jar Bunalun Organic Tuscan Tomato Sauce or Any of Our Pasta Sauce Range
  • Handful Pine Nuts, Toasted
  • Parmesan, To Serve
  • Fresh Basil Leaves, Garnish



  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on pack.
  2. While the pasta is cooking toast the pine nuts for a few minutes on a dry pan until they are just turning brown, then set aside.
  3. Empty the jar of sauce in to a saucepan, heat gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain pasta then stir through the sauce.
  5. Divide between two bowls and garnish with a generous grating of Parmesan, a sprinkling of pine nuts and some fresh basil leaves.
