- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on pack.
- While the pasta is cooking toast the pine nuts for a few minutes on a dry pan until they are just turning brown, then set aside.
- Empty the jar of sauce in to a saucepan, heat gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta then stir through the sauce.
- Divide between two bowls and garnish with a generous grating of Parmesan, a sprinkling of pine nuts and some fresh basil leaves.
