Ingredients
  • 1⁄4 cup water
  • 1 chamomile teabag
  • 1 cup dairy milk
  • 1 tsp honey

 

 

 

Procedure
  1. Simmer water in a saucepan. Turn off heat as soon as it boils.
  2. Steep teabag for 5 minutes and remove
  3. Mix in honey.
  4. Pour in milk and whisk well.
  5. Turn heat back on until steaming.
  6. Pour and enjoy!
