Ingredients
  • 660ml Almond Milk
  • 1 teabag Chamomile Tea
  • ½ pc Overripe Banana
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tbs Honey
  • 1 Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt

Garnish

  • Chia Seeds
  • Dried Chamomile Leaves (optional)
Procedure

1. Heat almond milk
2. Steep Chamomile Tea in the almond milk
3. Place the almond chamomile milk mixture into ice trays and freeze
4. In a blender, add all ingredients
5. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass
6. Top with chia seeds, dried chamomile leaves, and cinnamon powder
