Ingredients
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, grilled
  • 4 oz lettuce, chopped, about 2 cups
  • 1/2 small tomato
  • 1/2 oz Kerrygold Aged Cheddar, julienned
  • 1-2 crisp pieces bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 hard boiled egg, sliced in half
  • 2 tbsp Field Day Ranch Dressing
  • dash of Simply Organic Black Pepper
  • pinch of chopped fresh parsley, optional
Procedure
  1. Grill the chicken.
  2. Slice thinly.
  3. Arrange the lettuce on a large plate.
  4. Top with the chicken and remaining ingredients.
