• Sourdough bread, toasted
  • Half of a medium avocado, sliced
  • Healthy Options Organic Beetroot and Horseradish Spread
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Dill, torn
  • Feta, crumbled (optional)
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Egg (poached or boiled)
  • Salt and pepper




1. Slather a piece of toasted sourdough generously with Beetroot and Horseradish Spread. Assemble avocado slices on top and season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Add some herbs as you wish (cilantro and dill are delicious with this, even mint), as well as some toasted sesame and feta cheese.

3. Top with a poached or boiled egg, and enjoy!
