- 1 ripe banana
- 1 Ezekiel tortilla
- 2 tbsp Cadia Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 pack of edamame
- Optional: coconut flakes, dried fruit, seeds
- Lay tortilla flat and spread with peanut butter and other toppings.
- Place banana in the middle of the tortilla. Roll it up and slice it into 'sushi' pieces. Serve with edamame.
