  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Ezekiel tortilla
  • 2 tbsp Cadia Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 pack of edamame
  • Optional: coconut flakes, dried fruit, seeds
  1. Lay tortilla flat and spread with peanut butter and other toppings.
  2. Place banana in the middle of the tortilla. Roll it up and slice it into 'sushi' pieces. Serve with edamame.
