• 500g salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ground pepper
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3-4 sprigs of dill



  1. Heat oven to 325°F
  2. Place salmon into a prepared pan. Lightly oil and season both sides with salt and pepper. Add herbs and pour lemon juice over the top
  3. Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork. This will take 12 to 30 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet.
