- Preheat over to 205 °C (400 °F).
- Pat chicken thighs dry before cooking. Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place chicken on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Coat both sides of the chicken with BBQ sauce. Place back in the oven for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven, coat with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 7 minutes. Repeat for a total of 3 coats of sauce.
- Optional: broil chicken for 3-5 minutes after baking for crispier texture.
