• 330g Bostock Organic Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 cup Annie's Smoky Maple BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper


Bostock Chicken and Annie's BBQ Sauce are included in our Chicken Barbecue Set.


  1. Preheat over to 205 °C (400 °F).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry before cooking. Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Coat both sides of the chicken with BBQ sauce. Place back in the oven for 7 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, coat with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 7 minutes. Repeat for a total of 3 coats of sauce.
  6. Optional: broil chicken for 3-5 minutes after baking for crispier texture.
