Ingredients
  • 800g fish fillets (pollock or king turbot)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder or granules
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt

 

  

Procedure
  1. Defrost pollock or king turbot. Drizzle with olive oil and coat the fish well
  2. In a shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt
  3. Coat each fish fillet in bread crumbs, and transfer to your air fryer basket.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 200°C for 12-15 minutes. After the first 8-10 minutes, open the air fryer and flip the fish fillets on the other side then continue cooking.
  5. Serve with your choice of sauce
