Ingredients
  • 4 large organic sweet potatoes
  • 3/4 cup organic milk
  • 1/2 cup organic butter
  • 3/4 cup Wholesome Organic Raw Blue Agave
Procedure
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add cut and cubed sweet potatoes and cook until tender, 20 to 30 minutes. Drain.
  2. Blend potatoes with a hand mixer on low. Add milk slowly, about 1/2 cup at a time. Add butter and organic raw blue agave, to taste. Blend until smooth and serve warm.
