Banana Mermaid Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, chopped and frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh greens like spinach or kale
  • Optional: Organic frozen berries, Healthy Options Chia seeds, Let's Do Organic Coconut Flakes

Procedure
