Mango Turmeric Smoothie

Wake up on the bright side! Sweetened with mango, pineapple and banana, then blended with coconut milk and warm spices, this turmeric smoothie makes for a great breakfast or afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Cinnamon 2.45 oz.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Ground Turmeric Root 2.38 oz.
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

Procedure

  1. In blender, combine all ingredients except coconut flakes. Blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide into glasses, top with coconut flakes and enjoy!
