1) How do I become a Healthy Options Gold Card Member?
To be a Healthy Options Gold Card Member, you must be a Healthy Options Green Card Member first. All customers who make a
minimum purchase of Php 2,000 in a single receipt are eligible to become members of the Healthy Options Green Card Loyalty Program. Membership is FREE.
From your Healthy Options Green Card status, you become eligible to upgrade for a Healthy Options Gold Card Membership if you
accumulate 1,500 points (1 point for Php 10.00 spent on all Healthy Options store) within 90 consecutive days.
2) When does my Healthy Options Gold Card Membership expire?
Healthy Options Gold Card Membership is valid for one (1) year only for the first year.
3) How can I renew my Gold Card Membership?
Current Gold Card Members must accumulate a total of 3,000 points within one (1) year to qualify for automatic annual renewal.
Members who accumulate a total of 5,000 points within one (1) year qualify to have an automatic renewal of membership for two (2)
years.
To renew your Gold Card Membership, just approach any of our Customer Advisors at any of our Store branches for assistance.
4) What will happen if I lose or break my membership card?
A card fee of P 100 will be charged for the replacement of lost or broken membership cards.
5) Can a family member use my Healthy Options Gold Card?
Membership of the Healthy Options Gold Card is non-transferable, however you can apply for one (1) supplementary Healthy Options Gold Card with a Php 100 card fee, for an immediate family member (limited to father, mother, spouse or child) with a valid ID showing the same residence address. |

Gold Card Terms & Conditions:
1. POINT SYSTEM
Each Healthy Options Member will be rewarded 1 point for every Php 10.00 spent on all items at any Healthy Options Store.
2. BENEFITS
Your membership in the Healthy Options Gold Card Loyalty Program shall entitle you to:
- A 10% discount on purchases for all cash and card transactions (excluding sale, promo and consigned items) at any Healthy Options store.
- Additional 10% discount for one-time purchase during birth month for members of at least one (1) year and who have accumulated 2,500 points during the last six (6) months.
- Complimentary mailing Healthy Options News Digest*
- Complimentary annual Healthy Options Desk Calendar.
- Free Health Notes print-outs at any Healthy Options store.
- Special Invitations to the Healthy Options events.
- The option to apply for one (1) supplementary Healthy Options Gold Card, with a P100 card fee, for an immediate family member (limited to father, mother, spouse ro child) with a valid ID showing same residence address)
*We regret to inform you that we do not mail the Healthy Options News Digest outside the Philippines, but you can access this through our website at www.healthyoptions.com.ph.
3. CERTAIN CONDITIONS
- You, as a member, must present your Healthy Options Gold Card in order to receive discounts and earn points. Healthy Options will not reimburse retroactively for purchases made without a Membership Card.
- Member's full name, address and telephone number must be up-to-date in the Healthy Options database to receive all the benefits. Members can change their personal information at any Healthy Options store.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- Membership is valid at any Healthy Options store.
4. FREE MEMBERSHIP
- The Healthy Options Gold Card Membership is given for free to Healthy Options Green Card Members who have earned 1,500 points within ninety (90) consecutive days.
- Healthy Options reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
5. RIGHT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
- You have the right to cancel your Healthy Options Card Membership at any time by notifying us at any Healthy Options store.
6. RENEWAL
- The Healthy Options Gold Card is valid for one year, unless otherwise indicated on the membership card.
- Members must accumulate 3,000 points within one (1) year to qualify for automatic annual renewal.
- Members who accumulate 5,000 points within one (1) year qualify to have an automatic renewal of Membership for two (2) years.
7. LOST CARD & REPLACEMENT CARD
- A card fee of P100 will be charged for the replacement of Healthy Options Gold Cards which have been lost or broken.
- Damaged Healthy Options Gold Cards must be surrendered to claim new cards issued to the member
8. PRIVACY
- Member information will not be sold nor rented. Names and mailing addresses may however be traded and made accessible to partner organizations, but only upon expressed consent from Members.
